When does my old App (FNB/BOP) stop working?
- The old BOP Mobile App will be no access starting Friday, June 14th.
- The old FNB Mobile App will be view only starting Friday, June 14th.
How do I download the new app? When will it be ready to download?
- Go to your App Store and search Panhandle First Bank.
- New PFB Mobile App is ready to download on Mondy, June 17th.
Will the new app be the same as the old app? What is the same? What has changed/different?
- The NEW Mobile App will do all you are used to it doing and more.
- For most customers, username and password will remain the same.
- You will need to customize your app in the same way you would any time you get a NEW App.
- Multifactor Authentication will be required for the NEW App, please make sure the bank has your correct email and phone number.
Why/when do I need to have a new app?
- You will need the new app on Monday, June 17th continue banking on Mobile devices. The BOP and FNB apps will no longer work.
