  • What is included in the Credit Score and 3B Monitoring service? The service provides users with their Experian, Vantage 3.0 credit score and alerts them to changes across all three major credit bureaus—Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax—ensuring comprehensive monitoring of their credit profile. 

  • How often is my credit score updated?The user’s credit score is updated monthly. However, if users are on the Premium Plan, they will receive alerts immediately if there are any significant changes to their credit report from any of the three bureaus. 

  • I recently applied for a loan. Why doesn’t my credit score match in online banking?  This score is based on the VantageScore® 3.0 model. There are other scoring models and the credit score provided may not be the score used by lenders to make credit decisions. 

  • I received a credit alert that seems to be incorrect. What should I do?  The user should contact the appropriate credit bureau for more information.

What does the identity protection service cover? Our free identity protection service monitors the user’s personal information on the dark web and alerts them to potential fraud. The Premium Plan also includes services such as SSN monitoring, change of address alerts, and identity restoration support in case of identity theft. 

 

How do I know if my identity is compromised? The user will receive an alert in their entry tile anytime we detect unauthorized or suspicious use of their personal information, allowing them to take prompt action. 

 

How do I view my identity protection alerts? From the dashboard in digital banking, click on “View more” within the credit and identity protection services tile and navigate to ‘Identity Alerts’ on the left-hand menu bar. Here the user can view all alerts related to their identity.

What is Personal Information Protection?  Personal Information Protection helps secure users’ personal information by identifying and removing their data from various data broker sites, minimizing their online exposure. 

 

How can I see where my information is exposed?  The user can access a detailed summary by navigating to the Personal Info Protection view which lists all sites where their personal information has been found, along with the actions taken to remove or secure it.

How often are the subscriptions refreshed?  The subscriptions are refreshed daily for the Premium Users and weekly for Free Users. 

 

What types of subscriptions show up in SM?  Subscription Manager tracks a wide range of subscriptions including streaming services, software licenses, gym memberships, and other recurring charges linked to the user’s primary financial accounts. 

 

What if I don’t have any subscriptions that are charged to my account?  If there are no subscriptions with the accounts that the user is logged into with, the product doesn’t show any subscriptions.  

 

How do joint accounts show up in SM?  If there are subscriptions on accounts a user is joint on, they will appear in subscription manager and show as tied to the joint account.
