The BSA Assistant assists the BSA Officer to ensure the bank adheres to all compliance and regulatory requirements and maintain robust internal controls to prevent financial crimes. Bachelor’s degree in business or finance or an equivalent combination of education, training, or experience required. Seven years of professional accounting or finance experience (preferably in a banking setting), preferred.
